Steven began his career as an engineer in 2003, from there moved into senior and management roles across the UK and the Middle East. Steven wanted to freshen up the recruitment side of the industry by having the engineer-to-engineer approach, having an understanding of what both client and candidate are looking for and being able to relate on every level.
